Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. [1 Corinthians 6:19-21 ESV]
It's hump day ladies! Some of us may be soaring through the week, while others are barely making it!! Do you ever just feel run down and have no idea why?! After doing a mental checklist to see what could be causing such fatigue and sluggishness, did your daily intake (food/ fluids) ever cross your mind?
I find the best way to break bad habits is to chip away at them one habit at a time. Pray to find insight on areas that need improvement as well as the appropriate diet that best suits you--then develop a routine! Repetition Is Key!! Exercise along with healthy eating habits will help to bring your body systems back into balance. Just 30mins of exercise a day is enough to lower high blood pressure, improve cardiovascular functioning, reduce weight, boost energy/mood! So start with that one bad habit (whether it's fast-food, cheeseburgers, sugary drinks, etc) and make a determination to eliminate it-- one unhealthy habit at a time! You can use the planner below to help keep you on track.
