Change your way of thinking: a commonly used technique in therapy is cognitive behavioral therapy. This intervention challenges your current way of thinking in order to ultimately change your response to common stressors.
Meditate: mindful meditation is practiced to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Always save some time for personal "me time", and time to meditate on God's word.
Do what you love: never become so busy that you neglect the things you are most passionate about! This is guaranteed to reduce stress levels.
Nutrition & exercise: Your body is your temple so treat it as such. Chronic stress can cause fat and sugar cravings that can increase risks of cardiovascular and metabolic disease. A simple 30 minutes per day is enough to reduce those risks!
