Hey ladies, I'm Risa Smith and I'm excited about our journey to spiritual and emotional well-being! I am a physician assistant in psychiatry with a passion to heal and bring about positive change. I am a mother of two and a wife to my heaven-sent, and wouldn't be who I am today without the man upstairs!
